A H Electrical ltd delivers complete electrical installations for new build properties, from single self-builds to multi-plot developments. We work closely with builders, architects and developers to plan the electrical installation from first fix through to final testing, ensuring the work fits the build programme without delay. All installations are carried out to current wiring regulations and issued with full certification — accredited to NICEIC standards, with Aico smoke alarm systems fitted as standard.
OUR PROCESS
How It Works
Planning & first fix
We review the build drawings and electrical specification, then carry out first fix wiring — cabling, back boxes and containment — in line with the build programme.
Second fix & fitting
Once plastering and finishes are complete, we install sockets, switches, lighting, consumer units and Aico smoke alarm systems.
Testing & certification
Full electrical testing and commissioning, with a complete certification pack provided for building control and handover.
