Our Process
How It Works
Triage & Priority Booking
Call and describe the fault — we triage danger (sparks, burning smell, exposed live conductors) and prioritise attendance for hazardous situations and total power loss.
On-site Safety Assessment
Technician arrives, isolates the circuit where possible, tests RCDs and consumer unit, and makes the area safe using temporary measures to prevent further risk.
Repair, Secure & Report
We complete immediate repairs or safe isolation, provide a written safety report, advise on further works (partial rewire, consumer unit replacement, EV charger fault repair) and issue certification where required.

We do not offer DIY instructions for live faults — instead we secure the scene, isolate supply where safe and carry out essential tests on the consumer unit, earthing and bonding to identify the cause.
